We will only use your contact details to contact you regarding changes to scheduled appointments and/or reminders about appointments.
During your first appointment with us, we will collect certain data from you, such as personal details, medical information and documents relevant to your treatments. These are mandatory requirements to maintain medical notes and must be held for a minimum of 7 years. If you do not consent to this, we cannot carry out assessment or treatment. We will always seek your consent prior to contacting third parties e.g your GP, regarding your care.
