Clinic Policies
Appointment Bookings
Appointments are not always required, but we strongly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. Appointments can be arranged by telephone, online, or in person at The Seraphina Centre.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client.
Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the appointment fee. Failure to attend your appointment without notice may result in the full appointment fee being charged.
Appointment Confirmation
You may be asked to confirm your appointment using card details at the time of booking. No payment will be taken unless you fail to attend your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Repeat Late Cancellations or Non-Attendance
If late cancellations or missed appointments occur on three separate occasions, future appointments will require payment in advance. Any further late cancellations or missed appointments will result in the full appointment fee being retained.
